FirstHotDeals is a deal aggregator. We do not sell products directly, nor do we process payments or ship items. All purchases are made securely on third-party retailer websites (such as Amazon, Flipkart, AliExpress, and Walmart).
Returns & Refunds
Because you purchase items directly from the retailers, your return, refund, and exchange rights are governed by the specific return policy of the retailer you purchased from:
- Amazon: Generally 30 days. Visit Amazon's Returns Center for details on conditions and return shipping.
- Flipkart: Return window varies by category (typically 7-10 days). Check your Flipkart order history.
- Walmart: Mostly 90 days, with some exceptions for electronics.
- AliExpress: Buyer protection varies; please check the specific seller's policy on AliExpress.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a refund, please log into your account on the respective retailer's website where the purchase was made and follow their standard return process. Any restocking fees, return shipping costs, and refund processing times are dictated solely by the retailer.
